How secure are the containers?
Our site is fully gated and locked outside business hours. Each unit has a high-security lockbox, and the site is monitored by CCTV 24/7.
What can I store inside?
Almost anything including furniture, tools, equipment, household items, commercial stock, and materials. Prohibited items include perishable foods, flammable liquids, illegal goods, and any live animals.
Do I need insurance?
Yes — we require all customers to insure their stored items. You can use your own provider or we can help arrange cover.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Minimum term is typically 4 weeks, after which you can continue on a rolling monthly rental — no long-term contracts required.
What access do I have to my container?
Come and go when it suits you. With access from 7.30am to 7.30pm 7 days a week, you can get to your items at your convenience.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a £50 refundable security deposit is taken when you start your rental. This is returned when the unit is vacated clean and undamaged with the key's returned.
How do I reserve a container?
You can call us, email us, or complete our enquiry form. We can usually have a unit ready the same day.
Are the containers ventilated and weatherproof?
Yes — all containers are wind and watertight and fitted with ventilation points to reduce condensation.
Do I need to bring my own padlock?
No, a padlock is provided upon hire for use on the lock box. We would advise you use second padlock on one of the door handles.
How do I Pay?
All payments are taken by bank transfer or direct debit. This allows our accounting software to automatically allocate payments helping us keep up to date.
What do I need to bring to start storing?
1.Two forms of ID, one should be photographic (driver's licence, passport, etc).
2.Payment, credit/debit card
3.Direct debit details
When do I Pay?
Payment is required monthly in advance. For example, If you occupy a container in October payment would be required by 30th September. Payment would be taken day of receiving keys.
Can you help me move?
Yes, we can recommend a number of removal companies that would be able to provide you with a quote to move your items into storage.
What can I store?
You can store almost anything, as long as it's not perishable, flammable or illegal.
You cannot store gas or any flamable items, fireworks, perishable foods, or materials, dangerous chemicals, goods of an illegal nature or live aniamls.
What happens if i leave in the middle of the month?
Providing you have given 7 day's notice you will be refunded for the days not used.
